No room key to lock the door. Filthy room with uncleaned lavatory. Refused breakfast at 8.55AM in the morning having waited in the breakfast room for 10 minutes with no staff in sight. Apparently breakfast stops at 9.00AM!
It seems they change their own rules to suit themselves as they go along!
One excuse was that they'd turned the oven off! I question 'how long does it take to start it"!
Hotel was empty when we stayed however all the other hotels in the surrounding area's were fully booked at the time of our making our reservation, I wonder why!!!October 06, 2016
